來到嘉義必吃火雞肉飯，然而嘉義的火雞肉飯各有擁護者，這天來到了阿宏師火雞肉飯，雖然是假日，但已經是下午快兩點，算是午餐的離峰時段，但店家門口依舊大排長龍，可見其魅力驚人！
饕客們都很有規矩地往旁邊排長龍，豔陽下緩緩前進的隊伍，皆期待著美味的火雞肉飯。
排了近一小時後，終於湧入店內，有分外帶與內用的在櫃檯點餐。
櫃檯也有很多美味的涼拌小菜可點。
價格算是相當親民，銅板美食即能享受的美味。

然而必點的火雞片飯，才兩點多竟然已經售完，所以我們點了火雞肉飯來吃。
★火雞肉飯
白飯上鋪著雞肉絲，再淋上油蔥與香噴噴雞油，最後搭配一塊醃製的黃蘿蔔，看起來標準雞肉飯的配置，但結合起來，火雞肉與雞油完美融合，香而不膩，超好吃的！
★半熟荷包蛋與滷豆腐
荷包但就是要半熟才好吃，滷豆腐除了很嫩以外搭配青蔥淋上些許醬油，根本絕配。
★粉腸湯
價格實惠，粉腸也挺多塊的，搭配薑絲青蔥，清澈湯頭也意外鮮甜。
總結：雖然排隊真的很辛苦，但是火雞肉飯真的很好吃，美味值得等待！
