來至台北天母的長生塩人，在台北獲得好口碑後，返鄉歸根在彰化員林開了分店。遠近馳名的美味，每天五點營業之前，饕客紛紛來報到，木質裝潢搭配日式燈籠招牌的門口總是已經大排長龍。
店裡的席次不多，僅八名座位，但翻桌率也挺快，也許是一個人吃拉麵的小確幸，排隊後不久店員就來帶位了。
透過吧檯座位，可以看見老闆與闆娘合作無間的在製作美味的拉麵。
拉麵價格相當親民，這天點了招牌鹽味拉麵，外加溏心蛋。老闆說炒麵也相當受歡迎，下次回訪再來嚐嚐！

麵條為細麵，其軟硬度與湯頭濃淡無法調整，為店家的黃金比例，麵本身較硬，吃起來蠻有口感，吸附湯汁吃起來相當不錯。
配置為舒肥雞肉兩片，吃起來頗嫩；炙燒豬肉兩片，有別一般的叉燒，炙燒過的風味相當不錯。另外還有海苔、娃娃菜、紫洋蔥與青蔥。
吃到一半若想增加風味變化，桌上也都有擺放七味粉及胡椒可以自由使用。
湯頭的部分則是重頭戲了，每天熬煮八小時的金黃湯頭，喝起來相當順口，若第一鍋的湯底賣完了，就還要等第二鍋湯出爐才能嚐到。
從人員帶位到碗碗拉麵的上桌，處處能感受到拉麵職人的用心，相當值得一推CP值很高的拉麵店！
